Complaints about Consular Services
The Consular Section aims to provide you with a polite and effective service.
If you are dissatisfied with the service or have a complaint about our staff please ask to see the Vice Consul, Ms Sandra Farish, who will try to resolve the problem.
If you are still not satisfied, please write a letter with details of your complaint to: HE David Graeme Blunt.
You can hand the letter to the Embassy Receptionist or send it to Mr Chris Hodge at:
